  • How do I see more of your products?

    To view our products online youwill need to obtain a Username and Password by registering for a guest account or a full account. You can do this by clicking Register at the top of this page.Alternatively you can contact us to arrange a visit to our showroom or for our representative to give you a call.

  • Will I be able to place an order as soon as I have my Username and Password?

    You can place a proforma order if you registered for a full account, but if you require a credit account you will need to complete a credit application. You will not be abe to place an order if you only registered for a guest account.

  • How do I open an account with you?

    You can open an acount with us bycompleting an account application form. You can request an account application form by emailing accounts@silplc.com or by calling us on 01992 718 033.

  • Can I place orders over the phone?

    Once your account is opened, you can place orders over the phone to our sales department, by fax, by email, through your sales representative or of course, online.

  • Can I order part cartons or single pieces?

    No, we can only supply in the full carton quantities indicated.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

    The minimum quantity for despatch is 10 cartons.

    Our terms are proforma, or 30 days month end if you have a credit account.
